ORIGINS OF CAMPO TIROL
Our first residential park CAMPO TIRO was created from the search for like-minded people, people who long for a natural, self-determined and slower-paced life.
In 2021, we began developing our first project, the CAMPO TIROL family village. Within just three years, it grew into a vibrant community of families, couples, and neighbors who share similar values: self-sufficiency, freedom, and a conscious life in harmony with nature.
From an idea, step by step a place with character emerged, an independent, peaceful neighborhood in the middle of a pristine landscape.
The Picada Boca region is known for its unspoiled nature, gentle hills and lush vegetation, an ideal place for a sustainable lifestyle.
SETTLEMENT & LOCATION
CAMPO TIROL is a private residential development:
On approximately 10 hectares of land in Picada Boca, in the Barrio Santa Clara, Capitán Miranda
The cities of Encarnación and Hohenau can each be reached in about 25 minutes.
Access is via a dirt road (1.6 km) accessible year-round from Ruta 6.
Nestled in a gentle hilly landscape, CAMPO TIROL offers:

Currently, approximately 3 hectares have been developed and distributed among 6 residential units.
The plot sizes vary between 1,500 m²
