The company GOLDENWATER was
Founded by Daniel and Daria Kösler as a consulting firm, focusing on real estate investments and the development of residential projects.
Daniel and Daria Kösler came to Paraguay at the beginning of 2020.
With their first housing project, Campo Tirol, they have enabled themselves and other emigrant families to live a partially self-sufficient life in southern Paraguay, near Encarnación.
With their real estate and construction company under the brand LA VISTA, they have extensive experience in the construction and development of residential areas.
GOLDENWATER continues this activity, building on the established LA VISTA brand.
GOLDENWATER sees itself as a business partner in Paraguay and is available to its customers in all matters relating to securing and increasing their real estate assets.
